It's a Seahawks Summer: We've just added the Seahawks Summer page to the website for news, information, and highlights from the summer conditioning programs.
Player Profiles: We have not yet received any data forms for player profiles. If you wish to have a player profile page on the website, it is your responsibilty to gather and submit your data, the team will not be doing it on your behalf. Submit yours soon to make sure your profile is ready when the season starts! The profile data form is available here and on the Parents & Players page.
Yoga for Football: The team has added a new training tool to the summer conditioning program - Yoga for Football. Expert instructor Tami Turnbull has developed a program specifically for football players that will develop flexibilty, functional strength, and help prevent injuries. This class is being fully sponsored by Football Unlimited and there is no cost to participate. Players are encouraged to bring their own mat. Details are on the Calendar page.
Mark your calendars! We have been invited to participate in Clover Park School District's All City Tailgate Party prior to our game with Lakes High School on Sept. 11th, 2009. Festivities begin at 3:30 pm and the game follows at 7. Lakes and Peninsula finished 1 & 2 in SPSL 3A standings last year, and this promises to be an exciting contest. Come on out and cheer the 'hawks on to victory! Details are here
